The doctor I saw here told me I didn't have anything stuck in my eye. I went down the street to the next clinic. That doctor was was able to help me and quickly removed the object from my eye. Thanks for nothing.

Only been there a handful of times. The one time a doctor refused to see me because I was unmarried and pregnant and it went against his "religious beliefs". All other times have been great or par. Nice that they have x-ray in house if you need something scanned. Nice to go here when my regular doctor's office is closed and I need to be seen but it's not emergent enough for the Emergency Room

I don't know why there is a low rating. Everytime I go to this clinic I get treated properly right away. The longest I've waited was maybe 1 hour but I expect that, as this is a walk in/minor emergency. I've seen Dr Lacny, Dr Helms and Dr Sathi and they were all spectacular and knew what they were doing.

I can not believe we were turned away. My 11 month old with fever rash was turned away. Unbelievable. We have all our health care numbers and benifit numbers. Good enough to work in Mexico. But because we are from Alberta and do not have our sons physical health card they would not help us.
Tell me how.how in Canada we could turn away a sick child? Even with out papers and coverage? And we have COVERAGE. What kind of doctors are you? You should be ashamed. How do you live with such arrogance? I can not with any polite words describe my thoughts if how you rate in humanity.

We read reviews about this places but still came on a Saturday at 2pm the place was full of people they told me about an hour and a half wait which I expected but it only took me an hour to get into the room. The doctor was very nice and gentle when we did X-rays and helped me understand what was going on!

Not sure what's the point of an online schedule that's rarely accurate.

Saw Dr. Helms for a walk-in because it was too long to wait for my own Dr at another clinic, she was fantastic and kind! I didn't have to wait long at all. I have had bad experiences at some other clinics with long wait times and rudeness but I was very impressed by the level of professionalism here!

Service was very fast, doctors and technicians were very nice. I did hear a client complaining at their front desk about having paid for an immigration physical and failing it, saying they took his money, so maybe take some of the negative reviews with a grain of salt.

Told 20-30 mins. Was 2 hours. If it's gonna be longer just tell me so I can leave and come back. I know it's difficult to gauge, but you also aren't told how many patients are before you.

I've always had good service here. My work requires doctors note, if I'm to miss any shifts. They charge $10 for them. That's the only thing keeping me from giving them a 5 star. Waits are usually about 2 hours. Cause they are quite busy. I expect it when I go there.

Broke my knee cap waited 3 hours and Dr. Tried to tell me it was an infection and couldnt do anything wouldnt even take an x ray so I had to go to hospital then waited another 6 hours there to get x ray just to prove it was broken

They don't care about the patients, everything is rush rush there to the point that made me nervous so I forgot to mention something very important and also ask my two very important questions. Therefore, made the choice to drop this clinic and go for another one. Don't RISK your health & don't waste your time on this clinic. All these negative reviews tell you something. They need to get their act together & DO NOT rush patients to just pocket money from the government without properly provide service.
