  Just bought a sectional from here great staff delivery service sucked they ripped sectional bringing it in but did replace it but delivery guys could be more gentle with furniture

  really cheap furniture. Great if that's your thing. Certainly not what I was looking for. Also very pushy salespeople. Kept on strongly pushing putting a deposit down on things I had 0 interest in

  Greatfound the same sofa at a much better price.comfy too! Delivery only $50. And the staff were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Been here before and enjoyed the service so definitely will be back!

  Though the staff appear to be "very friendly", I think the "friendliness" is all a charade or deceit to cover for their woefully-defective-low-quality products. The couch and loveseat I bought from the Saskatoon store fell apart within a few months. I took the products to the store for fixing and the couch still wasn't fixed properly! I was very disappointed.

  The staff were just awesome! They were incredibly friendly and helpful during the whole buying process, and very involved in the same day delivery.
  
  One piece of furniture was found to be damaged when I unwrapped it, so I took it back to the store and they immediately replaced it with zero impatience or hassle.
  
  Best experience with furniture shopping I've ever had.

  its gud place to get furniture but not great quality as u look to the price of it its low compare to other brands and yes they charge u for third party delivery. service is grt up here.

  I am absolutely disappointed with today's expérience. After we were told to pay for both delivery and set up. Only to find out the crew was to deliver and not set up our furniture. I can not even over emphasize how disappointed we are right now. Who ever owns this store should please tell his staff to properly inform customers on what applies and not make us feel like we were lied to. All i need now is our money back cos i'm not ready for too much exchange of words. Will never return to this shop again after we get our money back.

  I purchased a mattress from the store. I layed on the mattress and found it comfortable and decided to purchase. I was NOT informed that all mattress sales are final. When I got home I noticed the mattress was completely stiff as a board and impossible to sleep on. The store was closed so I waited to call as soon as the store was opened. I explained that noone had slept on the mattress and I felt I did not purchase a mattress with the same feel as the floor model. Was told that I should have read the fine print on my reciept, which I did not recieve until after I had paid for the item. I guess we are throwing the mattress in the fire along with our money. Completely unacceptable service. I feel like I was conned into buying something and recieved something else and told too bad for you!

  Purchased various items and always had great customer service accompanied by affordable rates. Recognized by staff each time I've gone in. Had incorrect legs for a coffee table and damaged table top not from the delivery company. Totally hassle free friendly service. I will continue to shop here! Thank you to your great team!

  Bought a sectional for 1400 and got the warranty for an extra fee, about 3 months after we got the couch a stich let go because it seems to be have not been done right. so I called in to the store I bought it from and was told that factory warranty would cover this HOWEVER I have been waiting 6 months and call in from time to time too see if anything has happened but am always told "it's the warranty dept that is holding it up" so the frendly employee at the store just sends yet another email to the warranty dept and I am forced to just keep waiting for a problem that should be cut and dry especially after I was sold the extra warranty being told how "Hastle free" it would be if I had a problem. We'll 6 months of waiting and calling about this issue is not hassle free
