I have purchased product at Richardson's over the past several years and have always been treated well, but today there was a small hiccup with an order of replacement bulbs I bought, and they went over and beyond any expectation to ensure I got the correct bulbs. My hat off to the team at Richardson's Lighting! They have certainly earned my loyalty and I would highly recommend them!
