Médecin de famille is great, incredibly responsive, quick and effective. They genuinely care about your health and do all they can to address all issues. If you're coming from the US and looking for help with your prescriptions, this is the clinic for you. Highly recommended.

I had the misfortune to become ill (nothing serious, but in a great deal of discomfort) while on vacation in Quebec. I scheduled my appointment online, and within 10 minutes was speaking with a physician who understood my symptoms and sent a prescription to a pharmacy while I watched him complete my medical records online.

Amazing! Could not have received the same level of efficiency in the United States, on vacation or otherwisehighly recommend!

I am a US visitor to Montreal and I needed to find an urgent care facility. This organization was recommended to me by my hotel. It was a telemedicine interview but was thorough. The doctor checked my lab results from my home clinic before prescribing for me. He sent a prescription electronically to the pharmacy closest to my hotel and they responded immediately. Overall I was well pleased with the service. I did not feel at all rushed and felt that the physician was willing to take whatever time it needed to meet my needs. He was the person who located my closest pharmacy and I felt that went over and above what I expected. He listened carefully to my situation and responded appropriately. I was very well pleased with the service.

Simply amazing. You can get an appointment for the same day, it will be on time so you won’t wait, any question/concern you have will be answered the right way.

So far the best doctor I’ve had since I moved to Montreal 2 years ago. Good energy and attitude, you can tell he cares about helping you.

Please do yourself a favour and don’t waste 20h or more in the ER like I did. Your health is much more important than “free” treatment in the ER, I had to lose 2 days of work to learn that and they were no way near to call me.
