I knew what kind of trailer I was looking for and although there were a couple of similar models available in Alberta and BC, the sales staff (especially Christine) at McGoverns won my business. Christine treated me with respect and didn't overwhelm me with call-backs like the other companies did. She didn't assume to know things or spout inaccurate information, but researched answers and responded accordingly. I purchased the unit sight unseen and the service staff (especially Kevin and Stephanie) jumped through hoops for us, ensuring the unit was totally ready to hit the Alaska Highway during snowfall, Yukon-bound.
The new (to me) 5th wheel is everything I hoped for. McGoverns RV did a great job making sure my purchase was a good one. I HIGHLY recommend calling McGoverns if you're looking for an RV (or other products they sell). Can't wait to hit the road!response / report this review -

Great overall experience. Drove 4 hrs just so I could purchase off McGovern's even though two other dealers were closer and also had the Toyhauler I wanted in stock. Not going to sugar coat it, yes there were deficiencies with our coach, as is with all RV's. The time and manner in which the issues were handled and repaired speaks volumes of management, sales, service and technicians. Would definitely purchase my next unit here when it's time to upgrade.

Worst sales / service I have ever dealt with. Including long drawn out arguments with management and ownership. Multiple return trips for warranty fixes that never got fixed. 0 stars if able. Do yourself a favour. BUY ELSEWHERE!

Thanks again .. the McGovern difference is Awesome!!!
After we purchased a used Class A motorhome it was brought into the shop and given a complete inspection ( the few deficiencies that came up were quickly fixed ) by a couple of RV technicians. Next we were instructed on how everything worked ( lots to remember ) and then McGovern's loaded us up with RV accessories that allowed us to make our first trips to Radium and then Banff a Huge Success.
Thanks to the sales staff, part's people and finance team that made our dream purchase come true.response / report this review -

Sales staff, phenomenal! Service, terrible. We asked for a quote to get some work done (money in their pocket), the trailer sat there for weeks (granted they did loosen the handle on the door that I asked them to take a look at which I then in turn had to fix myself) never got a quote, even after several phone calls and emails. It took a year for one piece of warranty tin to get straightened out, or at least I think it is, they called me to bring my trailer back a month and a half ago, I called 4 days ago to see what was up with it, they of course were "just about to call me" to let me know the decal came in and they just needed to get it put on. pretty difficult decal I suppose as I still have not heard from them. The only thing I can think is because I didn't buy a $100 000+ trailer I'm not worthy of their time?
