I always deal with Jerry and Ruth. Jerry will always get me into a machine for a price I can manage and Ruth always gets me fixed up with parts. I've made the mistake of switching brands once before won't happen again as long as Stojan's is in business!

Not a happy customer. Bought a new Can-am outlander 850 2up for my wife and I to ride. On my third trip out got stuck down by the water and tried to use the factory installed winch to pull the quad out and got half way out to hook to my friends winch and when I tried to winch back in it worked for a couple of minutes and quit an just clicked after that. My wife and I even got of the quad to lessen the load but no luck. I brought the quad in to Stogens to have it fixed under warranty but to my surprise it was not covered they said because it was over heated and burnt out. I don't know how you burn a winch out when it was only used a few minutes before it quit I got pulled out by my friends 1993 brute force winch, what a joke that was. So I had to fork out for a brand new winch plus pay them to install it. I tested the new winch right away so I wouldn't be in that situation again and it worked great and even sounded different than the first one. Everyone I talk to figures it was a defective winch but I guess BRP knows better, couldn't be that the wiring was bad to begin with. Needless to say if I don't get some kind of compensation for this winch, I will not be a returning customer nor will I recommend them to any of my many friends.

I doubt I'll ever have a problem with stojans. All their staff are awesome and easy to deal with. I will use them again and again

Bought a river boat from them a couple years ago. The service was awesome. I have found the sales people on some days to be almost a little preoccupied but I don't expect to walk in and be helped the moment I step in the store. They are always friendly though and somesone greets you when you walk in the door to make you feel welcome.

If it was possible to not have to put a star I would. Customer service could use some work. Sent my spouse in for a new helmet, took roughly 30 minutes for a sales clerk to acknowlege him and then proceed to send him elsewhere because he had asked if it was possible to drop the price a bit but we have no problem with paying full price as long as the commisions are actually going to a salesman that did the work to deserve it.If I didn't get my machine there and it wasn't such a drive to the nearest can am dealer , I would never deal with stojans. And this is not our first poor experience there either.
