I highly recommend this shop to anyone. I've been coming here for a few years now, and they are very honest, reliable people. They've never tried to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge, or tried to sell me products or parts I don't need and thoroughly explain what's going on. Their main concern has always been my safety first. I can't say enough great things about this business.

I highly recommend these mechanics. They are honest, attentive and thorough. They don't take advantage of one's lack of car knowledge and always take the time to explain everything. They are efficient and always get you in as quickly as possible. The staff are super friendly and the Owners are humble, and friendly, too. I highly recommend this shop.

I was looking to get an oil change and wanted to go to a locally owned business. I passed by Maple City Tire and thought I would give them a try. Needless to say, I have been going to Maple City Tire for a few years now. Every time I come in, whether it's for an oil change or tire rotation, the team at Maple City Tire do an excellent job in a timely manner. I believe the owner is the person who is usually working at the front desk as well; he is an awesome guy! Extremely knowledgeable, patient and polite.

I would recommend Maple City Tire to anyone!

As a individual who is not overly knowledgeable about vehicles, I have struggled to find a mechanic that I trust to be straightforward with me, and not feel as though I am being overcharged or scammed. Maple City Tire has put these fears at ease! The service was excellent! The staff are straightforward and accommodating. They were able to fit me in immediately to diagnose the mildly concerning sounds that my vehicle was making, and provide a simple fix right away— free of charge! This is this kind of excellent customer service that I’ve been searching for in an automotive shop! I will definitely be returning to Maple City Tire for all future vehicle maintenance and repairs!

John and his team are amazing! My tire needed to be plugged as I had a leak and The owner John said not to worry about paying!! I've been coming here for a few years now and I'm always 100% satisfied from the price to the service, I highly recommend MAPLE 🍁 CITY TIRE!!!

Always friendly and fast service. I come here for my oil change. I've also had a couple issues with my car, with both were sway bar links (Not at the same time.) The first one was just broken and the second one was broken right off. As a new driver, this is my first car (2006 Nissan Sentra in great shape) so I have been a little rough with it. The price was reasonable and didn't rob my wallet.

I took my car in twice in July. First a new set of Michelin Tires. The price was not the cheapest but they include a heavily discounted wheel alignment that would cost 150 elsewhere. I went back and got a tune up.again price very fair. They will definately get future business from me. I dont expect anyone to do anything for nothing. They give excellent value for the price they charge.

Not sure how they have a high rating. Took my car there to see what the problem is. should have done more research in finding a mechanic. Told them I smelled gas when I drive but no leak and may need a patch on my gas line. First of all they didn't even look at my car they left it outside and had one of their mechanics walk over to it. Then they said yep it needed to be patched and said it would cost about 100-200 bucks to fix. Went to another mechanic(one that had great reviews) and no it wouldn't cost 200 bucks it cost me almost $700. Avoid this place and take it to a real mechanic. First and last time ill bring my vehicle there to be "looked at" They may have loyalty from some customers but there not getting mine.
Avoid and go somewhere else.

Went for a tire patch, and unfortunately the tire was not repairable. They were very nice and explained/showed me why I needed a new tire (I'm less than knowledgable about cars), and never treated me like I was dumb! Their customer service was amazing, and their prices were very good compared to other shops in the area. Very satisfied customer.

Excellent service and generous people! If you have never been here before I would absolutely trust them to be honest and fair and take good care of your vehicle!

I stopped for gas during a long trip and suddenly had a problem with the rear tire holding air and became stranded in London. After googling nearby tire repair I saw the great reviews on Maple City and decided to give it a try. I was warmly received at the shop and after explaining my situation the man at the counter made a priority of figuring out the problem! Not only did he keep checking in and updating me, he discovered the problem to be something totally obscure with the valve as opposed to a puncture in the tire. I was not charged for my issue and he even gave me the pieces that had been misplaced to return to the rental place. You could tell that the individual behind the counter had a strong relationship with his customers as he greeted some by name and was so kind to me. Wonderful experience!!!!!!
