We went in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. Lee was helpful, provided accurate information and got the job done within the 2 hour estimate. It would have been good to know the wheel alignment service only includes the front wheels and not the rear, which cost more. It's worth noting none of the staff were wearing masks in the bays.

Took my car in to get safety’d, very nice mechanics and customer service was very good. Happy I spent the extra money, it’s pice of mind to come to a car shop to get my car safe for the road and knowing it’s reliable to drive. Definitely recommending this place to my friends. A little expensive, however it’s worth spending the extra $ to have a safe car than one that’s not. Thanks to the staff at Mufflerman north London

All items WAY OVERPRICED. From Tires, air filter, oil filter etc
I unfortunately made the mistake of asking them to change my wiper blades, which i normally buy from costco for $12/pair. They charged me
$72.98, their explanation "these blades are curved"

Good service. No appointment is needed. The mechanic was quick and answered all the question and no up selling or sorta things. The only downside is stuff they sell kind of seem overpriced but otherwise service is really good.

Sorry to say that I had a bad experience. I went to get my car (a VW Eos) inspected on a Friday morning. The mechanics were nice but failed to notice an issue with the car's front struts which another car shop found two months later (repairs cost $500). They also must have changed the oil improperly, or forgot to reset the sensor, because I had an oil light sensor malfunction afterwards. A $70 inspection for nothing!

Been going here for 19 years always been friendly ,professional and gone the extra mile. Mufflers, brakes,safety's ,e-tests and all mechanical on our cars and pickups.

Super impressed with the customer service! Today, this location has earned my repeat business. I needed an e-test and them to have a look at a muffler issue I was having. I didn't think the muffler issue was a big one, and it wasn't, but they fixed it free of charge! This is how you earn repeat business! Thank you!

No customer service skills present when I was there. I went in for etest so no comment on quality of service except that a manager/owner was explaining how his last name meant quality to another customer who had complaints.

Excellent service experience, which is near impossible to find in the automotive repair world anymore! Had resonator replaced in less time than quoted and stayed right on budget. I will be returning!
