  Love this place and the beer! My favourites are luck and charm stout, and the sour cherry porter. Can’t go wrong with any tho�Have tried the bbq sauce too and liked it. Nice apparel and other products on display. Have enjoyed the tours and many samples. Hope there will be a place to enjoy food and their beer at this place in the future

  I have just tried Luck & Charm Oatmeal Stout. This may well be the best stout that I have ever tasted in my 62 years. This is an extraordinary stout that I recommend to anyone. I cannot praise it high enough.

  This brewery is awesome, I'm from Hamilton, but have a cottage near Hanover that I go to lots, and when I do I always make a point to stop in at the brewery once in a while or pick up their great ales to enjoy when up north, my favourites are the pale ale and farmhouse blonde , I recommend either one or both they taste great especially in the summertime ! :)

  I was originally hooked on dark ales. It kept getting harder ti find one still in operation that did the job. Most ended flat of citrisie. Then I tried Macleans Pale ale after running out of Wellington's SPA and was rewarded. Maclean's Pale ale is robust in flavour and finish. Pale malt, not pale in taste. If asked to describe Maclean's in one wordbalance. These guys figured it out, beginning, middle, and end notes. I will try their Stout after many disasters from others.

  The pale ale is my choice, the boyfriend loves the oatmeal stout. He gets seriously excited when it's time to roll out the armchair scotch and old angus - he tells everyone how awesome they are!

  Great beer & a terrific tour by Charles MacLean! Thank you so much! We were there with our party of 13 on August 23rd, a stop on my husbands's "Magical Musical Tour"was a great experience and the beer was delish!

  Favorite beer!..the pale ale is the perfect one for me I only wish it was easier to find. I'm always torn, telling people how great it is but wanting to keep it as my own little secret.

  I first enjoyed MacLean`s Ales at Queens Park Brewer party.I was with Railway City Brewing Co.,also serving up beer.It was my first time sampling Charles` ales! Since I wasn`t driving,he gave me quite a few samples.Soooo good!( He was beside our booth) It was also a great introduction to the many fine craft beers that would soon be overtaking Ontario,but I `ve always enjoyed MacLean`s Ales.Brewed right.

  I attended the beer tasting events at the brewery. Charles is very knowledgeable and the beer and food is always amazing.
