Came here 2 1/2 months ago, loved it then, loved it now. Great place, nice staff. Only complaint, male front counter worker, was getting himself a pop, while 2 of us stood at the counter waiting to check out.
Rooms are clean and bright. Bathroom is wonderful, nice and big. Bed is super comfy, always a good stay!!response / report this review -

Very inviting place as you walk in. Hotel clerk was on the phone but immediately pointed me in the direction I needed to go. Workshop was in a small room. Was well stocked with water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, trays of muffins and baked goods. Staff continually kept checking everything. Place was very very clean. Room was a little warm. Bathroom was close. Lots of parking. Wheelchair accessible.

Rooms were spotless and very well presented. Staff was very polite and professional. The food left something to be desired. All in all phenomenal experience. Great place for a wedding reception.

Very new. Very clean. Rooms are relatively large. Excellent beds. Very fast Wi-Fi at over 60Mb/sec. Very reasonable price. I will definitely go back and I recommend this hotel.
As for comments from others regarding smoking please forever keep the hotel smoke free. I am an ex smoker. Those who must smoke can enjoy -30C outside as an incentive to quit.response / report this review -

The food is alittle over price and portions are small it tasty and the cleaners are amazing but in a place where 95% of there clients are out of town workers in the oil sector there no place in the entire hotel to smoke a cigarette, at -30 they rather let you freeze outside with no shelter then create a simple smoke room on every floor . Also no breakfast till after 7am , makes no sense every worker leaves before 7am for work , y open after we all leave so dumb , Ima tell my human resource ladie not to book here again , make me go outside to smoke at midnight Jesus Christ after we spend thousands of dollars here every month , give the customer what he wants or he will go somewhere else

What a fantstic food.
This is absolutely one of the best hotel i ever been to. Custumer servis 5star,an amazing meal 5star,warm welcome from my first step into it.Chef really does his the best,food was so delicious. We even heard from our friends that food is outstanding. Great jobresponse / report this review -

Only went into the banquet room which had hosted our annual 5 day event. Lots of positive feedback on venue and service. Very clean, spacious, high ceilings, great setup and calming color choices.
