Can't wait for Pita Boss to open again. Over $30 for two take chicken souvlaki dinners and the taste was not very good. Food court in toronto is better and cheaper. Got a ceaser salad instead of greek which got thrown out. Will never go back. I threw my meal in the food disposal.

Perfect lunch place.Even though its bit busier in lunch and my order took 10 mins.But worth to wait for such a delicious food.Owner took my order and he even visited my table.Great service and food..

Very disappointed, I just ordered chicken souvlaki for lunch , and guess what chicken was so dry , it wasn't even freshly grilled, it was just warm up on the grill. Price is high up to the sky!!! Unbelievable!! Potatoes over cooked!! The only salad was ok ! Never going back to that place , I have learn my lesson !!!!

This location is so-so slow, and my order is always wrong and I dont know understand why I keep going back. It's half my own fault but I enjoy feta cheese so very much and tzatziki. But seriously, don't leave without a double check.

TL;DR: Don't order from this location, at least if you want your food. Ordered at 6:30, didn't get food until at least 8:45.

Alright, so I ordered from their Online site at around 6:30. Got a confirmation email, telling me that the food should be at my house by approximately 7:40pm. 7:40 comes along, still no food. So i decided to wait a little longer, it must be traffic, or maybe there's a lot of orders, both valid concerns. Honestly i've entirely forgotten that i even ordered food by around 8:30, when a friend reminded me. I double checked the email, and it definitely says that my order should have been here an hour ago, and it has a phone number i can call if i want to change my order! I give the number a call, and instead of an answer, i'm greeted by what sounds to be an old Dial-Up Modem, before the number hangs up on me. I phone back a few minutes later, and just around the same time they pick up the phone, the Delivery person is at my door with my food.

The food was good, it didn't seem to be 2 hours old for sure. When i mentioned to the delivery person that i'd ordered the food 2 hours ago, he seemed shocked, and said he just got the order a few minutes ago. I asked him if he was busy today, and he mentioned it wasnt much busier than usual, so im not really sure what took the food so long to arrive, whether it was an issue with their website, or just with their service at the location.

Chicken hard and undercooked horrible customer service we got there at 8:35pm and the lady was rushing us to leave and it closes on Sundays at 9pm not before 8:35pm and we couldn't eat there we had to eat in the car and we didn't even eat we throw all the food in the garbage and it was really pricey. I think if you don't like to work with people then please don't do customer service just work somewhere you don't need to work with people.

Friendly staff. Awesome food quality and presentation. It's costly but worth if u love to eat healthy food. Fab#Chicken sticks # Tried different locations, found this one better in taste and quality.

Food is fresh and hot..I got my dinner served well on time..Lady on cash was a great help to decide my orderMe and my family had an amazing time there..Thanks to the staff for making my wife's birthday a special one..Will be back next week..

Can pretty much echo what everyone else is saying here. This used to be such a good place to eat and I used to eat there all the time in high school with my buddies - even if it was pricier than other places. But ever since the ownership seems to have changed, the standards have plummeted down. The food is either overcooked and dry or under-cooked. The prices have gone up (it's almost 20$ for a combo) and the portions are smaller! I had to come back for more fries! Customer service is also abysmal. Cashiers & "cooks" are extremely rude and condescending. Also, what happened to having a diverse workplace? There used to be people of all ages and ethnicities at this Mr. Greek, and now there are only young South Asians. This is what makes me think there has been a change of ownership, because in my experience, when South Asians take over a business, more often than not, they only hire their kind and cheap out on things.

The girl that took my order, seemed like she doesn't want to work, constantly yawning and was rude at a few instances. I didn't know there was no drinks with the menu, she never offered me, I had to line up again.

The food is so untasty And very in healthy since its loaded with oil. I thought like some other mr Greek this one will be good and healthy, I couldn't eat much since it was so oily.

It's suppose to be Mr. Greek yet everyone working there is either Pakistani or indian.
FOR THE MONEY I PAID, ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Went at their place today. Had an amazing experience. Came across such a courteous staff after a long time. Their prepration was amazing and so was the ambience of the place. Loved and and would definitely recomend you all.

Been eating at Mr. Greek since I was a kid. So I took my son, ordered an original Gyro and 2 drinks ($18 and change). I sit down, the meal was brought out. I take a bite of the gyro and it was cold and like chewing leather. I tried the rice, I could tell that it was off. I went over and explained this to the ladies behind the counter, and they stared at me blankly without offering an explanation. The first one smelled the rice and offered alternative sides and didn't say why the gyro was cold. Then when I explained that I refused to eat there for fear of myself or son getting sick, the other employee said something (not in English) to her and proceeded to explain how the manager was the only one who can do refunds. After I said that I'd be contacting head office, she said "Why don't you take a dessert, those are fresh". THOSE ARE FRESH? Is that the only thing that's fresh? I don't know how these franchisees are allowed to operate.

Food was great and so was the service. Will return for sure. We started with a Kalamari which was crisp, that's the way I like it, and ordered a couple of Chicken Souvlaki and gyros. Everything was full of taste. This is turning out to be my go to place. Would highly recommend this to all.
