Occasionally you can be lucky to get an appointment on time or get through their lines. Otherwise, it's very difficult .

The office is very disorganized. The waiting times are ridiculous. I've been there multiple times and each time I have to wait over an hour to see a doctor. They never pick up the phone, which makes it hard to change or cancel appointments if need be. Once you do get through to them, they automatically place you on hold for 20 mins. It seems to be getting worse as time goes on.

I've been seeing Dr. Cheung for many years since 2010, but the Main Street's receiptionist are very rude, every single time when I call, and put me on hold over 20 mins! So then I hang up and call back, because I don't know if they forgot about me or not! But they also show their attitude!

This is a really poor set of people to work with, inspite of how good Dr Lynde is.
This outfit is so busy that they do not have the time to answer their customers muchless trying to book an appointment and when you show up for your appointment they are behind by an hour and the doctor sees you for 2 minutes.
The Doctors are so busy they provide minimum care.
Extremely poor outfit, seek care else where.
The Doctors and staff are off very poor service.
PEOPLE STOP GOING TO DR LYNDE.
THIS CLINIC MUST BE SHUT DOWN SIMPLY BECAUSE OF POOR CARE AND DISMAL SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.

Had to make several attempts calling to book in as lines were busy throughout the day. To those upset about the wait time, it doesn't matter where you go, there are going to be wait times up to 2 hours. Doesn't matter which establishment. If you go with the mentality that it will be a while, you won't be so antsy or disappointed. Got to my appointment on time. Waited maybe 15-20 mins in waiting room. Saw the doctor for under 10 mins who gave a prescription. Back to reception to book my treatment. Basically left 45 after my scheduled appointment. Have nothing bad to say all staff is very friendly including doctors. Very pleased so far with my overall experience. :)

It's been 3 weeks n still waiting. just to get an appointment..already called my GP to recommend me other dermatologist.

Sometimes.I really hate the health care system in Canada.
If it is Private. you get services faster😠😠😠😕😕😢😢😢

Took me 2 months to get an appointment and when I arrived the place was packed. I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor for 3 minutes. He was nice, but I felt like an assembly line item. He didn't ask any questions or even tell me what the condition I have is. I had to ask him while he was writing out a prescription! He gave me an injection without asking if it was okay, or telling me what it was that he was giving me. Seems like they're just eager to see as many patients as possible with very little regard to individuals. For them it may be routine, but each patient is going through conditions that are personal, and should be treated so.

Can never get a hold of them when calling to book an appointment. After 2 years of trying I switched to another clinic where after only 4 visits have had better results than having come to this place for several years. Visit Dr. Simon Lee in Richmond Hill. There's never any wait longer than 10-15 mins and he is much more caring.

The doctors here are very knowledgeable and the staff are very friendly, but the wait time for this facility is totally unacceptable. The place is always packed and I've waited from anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours for my appointment. Today, I am trying to change an appointment time, and after 14 attempts the line is still busy. Basic customer service is lacking (email contact, leave voicemail messages, more staff to accommodate volume, not enough seating in the waiting room). Would recommend you find another dermatologist.
