  Ive used this office twice for immigration exams, scheduling is easy, pricing is upfront and all inclusive for the exam. I really hated having to call in and inquire on pricing for the exams with the other offices in the city, and I really appreciate being able to quickly schedule online. I found their prices to be among the cheapest. Exam says it takes 1-2 hours but it varies by how busy they are, there are a lot of different steps required. Dr Max della Zazzera was great and I really enjoyed interacting with him and his staff.
  
  I recommend you arrive 10 minutes early. I couldnt find parking and had to park on Vancouver ave near a park entrance. While there are 20 or so parking spots the lot was full and a few cars were already waiting for parking. I would have a small beverage just before heading in to make the urine test easier.

  These guys are the best for Travel COVID PCR test. Easy and straightforward. Returned call with detail information. Prior to finding this place, I contacted two similar places in Gatineau and Barrheaven who are sitting there to rip you off. Much higher fees with longer test reporting time. If you are travelling, this is the best place, I can assure you guys, fair price, fast service with total care and attention. 👍👍👍

  Dr. Max and his staff were all wonderful and very friendly. They answered my emails very promptly and were able to conduct all my medical exams in 30 minutes or so. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone undergoing the immigration medical exams.

  Worst place, my husband went there to get his physical exam and not only it is a sketchy place, they only take cash (and keep adding fees here and there) but they do not answer calls (ever) or call you back when you leave a message. I highly suggest you go somewhere else to do your immigration physical exam.

  I did my immigration medical with Dr Max della Zazzera. Everything went well. I highly recommend his clinic.
