If you ever wondered why this place has a bad rating?
After about a year of wait on an appointment. Finally reaching there, while in pain. The office staff (same as before) sitting on their chitter chatting with her friends on the phone, me waiting there to get their attention, only to have this mismanaged staff, tell me my appointment isn't booked. They did not even bother to look into this situation or even care to help. Other then give me a next appointment Wouldn't recommend anyone to go through, not only a painful but stressful experience created at Dr Ella A. Ross's office.response / report this review -

Thank you Dr. Ross for the excellent work done on my eye surgeries. Your expertise and professionalism are bar-none; your attentiveness at the post-op appointments were comforting. It was, from start to finish, a wonderful experience. Please ignore the stupid belly-aching comments done from some.

I was seen by Dr. Ross today, everybody at the clinic including Dr. Ross were friendly and professional and all my questions were answered and welcomed, I had to wait a bit but that was not an issue for me.

No toilets a couple months ago.
Finally they have toilets but only for patients. Not convenient or nice for caretakers. Washrooms are open at restaurants, malls, etc. why cant they have it open there? They don't want to clean it. I feel bad for bridgehead because all of this lady's patients have to go there now. Staff are not nice either.
