The work I received on my teeth today was done with very professional yet affable precision which made the experience pleasing to my mood. For the first time in my life I'm looking forward to my dental visits.

Really enjoy taking my kids to Maple Ridge. All 3 of my children, including my daughter with sensory needs, is exceptionally comfortable with the staff and dental team. I am really grateful that they are enjoying coming to the dentist, and that my children are respected and treated with kindness and patience as they are learning to build a positive dental experience. Even though this dental office is on the other side of the city from me, for the service and the happiness/positivism it is well worth the trip over. If I could say anything I would change, it would be the wait times as sometimes it takes a little time to be seen - which effects my daughter more than my boys. BUT in saying this, every time we have waited the staff have been so apologetic and very accommodating. Things happen, same as at a doctor, but they are so kind it is well worth the wait if their is one.

I've been a patient at this office for about a year. The staff have been very kind and accommodating to my needs.
I'd like to give kudos especially to Skylynn for have an amazing attitude and gentle touch. She been the best dental hygienist I've had the pleasure of experiencing in over 20yrs.
Would I recommend this office?

For someone with serious Dental Anxiety as a kid, I was expecting the worse to happen, Dove Dental Care assessed my teeth carefully and worked on them carefully, I was very pleased to walk out of there knowing I got full care, thanks! I'll be back for more care :)

this place is okay I like the children's area it really does help while you wait. they are good for kids who don't have fears but children like my daughter who have fears can not get dental work done here , some times the wait times are very long we have had to reschedule.

Dr. Firas and his staff are all wonderful. I used to have severe anxiety about going to the dentist but now I am totally fine. The hygienists are all friendly and professional, the office is modern and clean, and I have always been seen on time. One time they were running just 10 minutes late due to an emergency and still sent someone to the waiting room to inform me of the wait. Everything is punctual and well organized. Dr Firas is a talented and knowledgeable dentist. I will stay here for all of my dental needs.

Called as a new patient. Receptionist gave me a difficult time providing answers when i inquired about fees. I thanked her after finally providing the information. She was rude and hung up on me at the end of the phone call without asking if i wanted to book an appointment or saying goodbye. Do you really think I'm going to bother calling back? Good luck.
