I went for a brow tint and had a terrible experience. The girl never introduced herself and rushed through the appointment because I was 5 minutes late. She told me that she would have kept the colour on longer but didn't have time. I will not be going back.

I was very hesitant being almost 50 and having my lashes tinted and permed/lifted. I have noticed as I have been aging that my lashes are not as nice as they used to be and was worried about damage. I decided to go for it to treat myself. I am so glad I did. I love my nice dark lashes (mine were blonde) and I always look like I have spent the time curling and applying mascara. Now I don't have to do that anymore! I highly recommend Lola's and the staff are great.

I booked a lash perm and tint over the phone. When I arrived, the girl rudely accused me of not booking the right time slots, as they only had me booked for the perm. The girl on the phone was the one who told me about the deal, so obviously I assumed she booked it correctly.

The error isn't the issue. The 1-star is for the awful, condescending way it was handled by the girl up front. This could have easily been fixed on their end. Their answer was to re-book me next week, but I "wouldn't get the promo" that way. Pathetic. I'll go elsewhere.

Overall, my experience here was great and so relaxing. I had never had eyelash extensions on before but I loved the results. The lashes make getting ready in the morning so much easier. They have definately reduced my morning routine length. The staff at this location were also super welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Kristina who applied my extensions. For anyone who is considering lash extensions, this is the place to get them done at.

My friend and I won the free eyelashes from the Instagram contest, and we just went in this past Friday! When I went in I was very nervous because I've seen eyelash extensions on friends who have gone to other places and they've seemed to overboard, but I wanted to experience it first-hand..to say the least I was blown away. The girls were all really nice and Manal did my extensions, honestly 100% satisfied, when I was able to see the results I was blown away, I've always been insecure about my tiny short lashes, and this really gave me a confidence boost!! These girls are superheroes 👍👍

Great staff and great location. My lashes lasted for quite a while after I got them done. If you know what you're signing up for, there shouldn't be any surprises. People giving negative feedback may have had a bad experience. If that was the case be due to variables that's are out of your control, please don't blame the quality of service. I would recommend this to anyone.

Lola Lash Bar is the best place I've been to for lashes, hands down. The entire space is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, the atmosphere is really relaxing and the service is amazing. Your lash tech will talk to you about your options and will understand the look you're going for. The experience itself was really comfortable and the lashes lasted weeks, even after being beat up by salt water vacation. The lash bar even sells other beauty products and accessories. Would definitely recommend!
