10/10! The best plumber in Kelowna we've worked with. Dave from 911 Plumbing quickly fixed an urgent toilet and leak issue we had at our new house build. After some intermittent toilet drainage issues that lead to overflowing and leaking, we contacted our builder and plumber who were unable to diagnose the problem. A larger interior leak lead us to call 911 Plumbing after reading other positive reviews, who responded right away. Dave came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was fast and efficient and used a camera to confirm the blockage. We were surprised to see a piece of lumber stuck in our pipe. Dave managed to remove the blockage and made sure there were no further plumbing issues. He was knowledgeable and respectful, and we will contact him again in future.

We had a broken main water shut off valve in our house. They came and Spent the time to fix the problem properly, and to make sure everything was done right. I was afraid that the cost would be enormous but they were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Dave was incredibly responsive and helpful with our problematic kitchen drain. Three years ago we called for a snake and got charged over $700 from a rival ‘family’ company a week before Christmas. Dave arrived when he estimated he would, he fixed the issue, did some preventative work and showed my husband everything he was doing to help prevent another service call in the future!! Amazing.
