I had my niece to call for a service at 4.30. Even though they were suppose to be open the call had to be directed to after hour service. The price of the service call, just a service call, was quoted at $400, and it was explained to her that they do not carry all the details, and should they need to return, another service call price was to be charged.

Moreover, as we found out, they do not service people who do not have access to a computer or are computer illiterate. My niece was required to complete paperwork on the computer otherwise they would not come. Needless to say, $400 service call plus repair is more than my monthly pension. And I am not sure how many ordinary people in Toronto can afford such services.

I knew these guys were good I didn’t know they were that good. I called them at 5 PM and they showed up at 7 PM to fix my toilet .best in the business for quality work and response time.

We had to do a repair on our air conditioning unit and we received a response right away and a service technician was at our house to take a look at it. We thought it was a costly repair, but instead the technician completed the repair at a fair cost. Thank you very much! Would certainly use them again!

Great service! Within 24 hrs a serviceman was sent to my house, & fixed my issue. The tech was a good guy as he took the time to explain the problem. I would certainly recommend Lisi
