  I bought a voucher for my LPIC-3 exam and got the voucher for the wrong exam. And now there is no possibility to change it to the correct one, the "customer support" told me. So I need to go to my lawyer to get this fixed :( x(
  
  This is my very last LPI exam — Better go to other like the Linux Foundation!
  
  EDIT 1: After this I had many problems, because the lpi is not working like their rules say. I took a exam on paper and the period of validation starts after getting the certificate, but in their database they put on the date of my exam.
  
  And with all this mixed up, I loose my certification.
  
  And only with many emails I got the possibility to took my LPIC-3.
  
  
  
  EDIT 2: After I talked to the LPI now, they told me, they changed their internal policy so this should never be happened again and the will be more supportive with problems. I hope the do and because of the changes of their policy (which was a main problem) I will change the rating from 1 stars (poor) to 3 stars (good).

  I've always found LPI to be very responsive and proactive when working with both customers and partners. I've worked with various LPI team members at all levels within the organization. These folks really care about having a quality certification program.
