Friendly and detail-oriented service with reasonable prices. Lilian makes sure that clients understand what they are signing. His conveyance paralegal Meena also promptly replies inquiries with detailed explanations. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I don't feel I can trust this person. I went for a signature. Waited in downstairs lobby for 20 mins, one min got the seal and signature, paid double price (compare with others), even didn't give back a couple of dollars of change, not even both to ask:"Do you want the change". From beginning to the end he only said a few words of paying the fee. He probably think I don't know English. I don't remember he even replied my thanks with "you are welcome". Now I am looking for notarizing house document. It reminds me of this "awesome" experience.

Excellent! Knowledgeable, thorough, prompt responses to questions and readily goes the 'extra mile'. He went out of his way to assist us in addressing an urgent, time-sensitive estate matter. The service was so exceptional that when I moved out of the lower mainland I was prepared to incur some inconvenience to retain his assistance. Knowing the issues, he explained that having someone near my new residence would be in my best interest and assisted me in connecting with reputable notary in my area. He truly cares about his clients even when there is no economic benefit for him.
