My first and last visit. Food was dry and lacked food. It tasted old and re-heated. I wouldn’t call this authentic Jamaican cuisine. I am Jamaican so I would know good Jamaican cuisine. Also too pricey for the small portions.

Great service and amazing food. If you have ever been to Jamaica and you miss it, definitely go here for your cuisine fix. My favorite dishes are the bbq ribs, the tropical fried chicken and the jerk chicken. :) Great cocktails too!

Great little hidden gem. I had the Jerk chicken with mango salsa, and it was exactly how it tasted in Jamaica. Authentic. Service was great, so was the atmosphere.

Fresh food with nice flavour. Everything was mildly seasoned (whichever we wanted) but we could have easily asked for spicier. The decor was very nice for the casual setting I had been expecting. The service was extremely friendly and attentive.

Been to Lil Negril twice now. Both times have been great! The food is very good and the service is friendly. A great way to add a little sunshine to a winter day!

Pros: The place is clean, the festivals are delicious. The goat was nice, grilled fish eas good. Cons: Dine in service was very slow even though the restaurant was virtually empty. The woman who brought out everything kept getting confused about who asked for what, and forgot several items. Drinks arrived warm. The ackee and saltfish was devoid of flavour. Someone else got curry chicken which was a major disappointment (was more Thai inspired than Caribbean). I wouldn't go back for dine-in but would consider take out festivals.

Amazing food and didn't have to wait long, portion size was just right and to top it off it's the closest Island place to Kanata :) Love it. Food presentation excellent my sister took a picture, it shows they took pride in making sure the plate was presentable
