From start to finish, my Lexus "experience" 3 months ago has been extremely pleasing. They have been the most friendly, helpful, and accommodating dealership I have ever dealt with. The whole buying experience from Victor and Mustafa and the whole team has been #1. My Christmas present was a Lexus 2017 thanks to Mustapha my sales person. He was patient and very understanding about my budget and what I wanted. I liked how he explained my options and the ease of moving from a 2010 to a 2017 Lexus. I am so happy with my new car. I have already taken it on a long drive and I love the new safety options. How was I ever driving with out those options. I am looking forward to a safe driving experience for 2017 and until I move into a new Lexus. Pleased would not justify the way I feel about the service provided to me by Mustafa. He has provided me with the most excellent service and ensured I picked the car that met my wants as well as my needs. He was patient, honest, and did a tremendous amount of work just to make sure I was 120% satisfied. Anything that I needed done was already started before me having to mention it. He truly excels at what he does and could never disappoint. Once again, wonderful wonderful service!!
