Exactly what i needed for a short haul move but they advertise 20 dollar rentals but with gas and charge per km 20 quickly turned to 75 dollars for a 2 hour in town move should be gas or km only not both

Excellent customer service. The establishment is consistently kept clean and well organized.

Management keeps on top of uprising issues.Examples I have witnessed include

If something is broken It gets fixed ASAP everytime.

Also excellent public relation skills regarding dealing with people experiencing those precious moments we all would prefer to have stuffed.

This is the cleanest place I have ever been in. The bathrooms are spotless. I mean cleaner than any restrooms I have been in not just storage ones. I swear you can eat off the floor! and the lockers are pristine. I wouldn't use any other facility to store my valuables.

Was a little confusing actually making arrangements with fellow at counter, computer tried to charge me for extra day because it was before 5pm on pickup(4:50pm) I said well I can wait 10 mins, to save $26.00. But he changed it to 4pm instead. Don't know what the confusion was but after that everything was fine, man hooked trailer up which U-Haul requires which is fine. I have rented U-Haul trailers about 6-7 times in my life and one thing about there trailers is that they are very safe. Also the $8.00/day insurance Is cheap really, if you destroy trailer you walk away. The reason it's cheap is because if you waive the insurance because you have your own don't forget the deductible your insurance will want you to pay, it's usually $3-500 so $8/day is cheap insurance. Will rent again from U-haul.
