My car was stolen after my keys dropped out of my pocket from their parking lot. I had to write to head office before the manger here even responded and even after that it took a week and a couple of emails to write respond. I will never stay here again

There are no security cameras and they assume zero accountability

I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here

This is a great hotel and definitely good value for the price. I stay here at least 4 times a year on my way to Muskoka and they never fail to please. Rooms are always tidy and feel very welcoming. The toiletries are just the perfect size and quantity. They allow dogs. The only bad thing and I have no idea why, is that there is always a crowd of teenagers getting drunk in the parking lot. Like really? That's your idea of a good Friday night? Does make you feel a bit self conscious for your safety with 20 of them and only 2 of us

We were greeted at check-in as if we were the most important people in the world. Very welcoming. The rooms were very clean. Good selection for the continental breakfast. Overall, great stay. The only down was the brightness of the washroom light! Way too bright in the middle of the night

Great location right off the 402 and central to some great restaurants. Quickly able to access the entire city.

A dated hotel but a good one. Standard comfort Inn. The lobby was a little dingy but that is expected. Rooms were comfy and bed was decent. Located off the highway 5 minute drive from downtown. Service was pleasant and friendly.

We stay at this hotel every year and it is great. The rooms are always nice, quiet and clean. They do provide forgotten amenities such as a toothbrush and are friendly at the front desk. Overall a good place which has earned our repeat business.
