I recommend Lexin to everyone. They care about the quality of the roof they install and the people they install it for. They recommend and use good quality products, take the time to help you understand what you need, and keep the area clean and free of debris burning and after installation.

It is clear they are not just about replacing roofs they are about peace of mind for their customers.

I'm a landlord and one of my rental properties which has a flat roof, had a leak resulting from accumulation of snow and with the recent warm and cold cycles that made the flat roof particularly more vulnerable. Having said that I'm sure a lot of older flat roof units were probably facing similar challenges. I called up the company and they were quick to agree and showed up for inspection almost immediately. I was totally impressed. They explained after identifying the problems and gave me a couple of practical options to consider and agreed to proceed quickly even though they had to re-prioritize their other projects. During the process they maintained good communication with me knowing that I couldn't have gone up to the roof and see what's going on. Throughout the project, they kept me in the loop by briefing me what was being done and sent me pictures. Needless to say, the project was done on time and my tenants were happy.

All in all, Joshua was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone and I would certainly re-hire these guys again on my other rental properties.
