  As a first-time home buyer there's a lot to learn and a lot that you just don't know out of the gate. Step#1 is getting a good pre-approval with the best possible interest rate. My girlfriend, our little one and I were these confused first time home buyers in the market of January/2022-July/2022. During our search I was referred to Dave Cumberbatch by a good friend of mine and unbeknown to me at the time, it was the best thing to happen to my family. Dave was there from start to finish answering any and all questions I had. And also got us the best possible interest rate at the time allowing us to land our perfect home. I'm not kidding I would call him sometimes at 7pm at night and he would always answer. He always had time for me and my wild questions. Some of which would be well beyond ones you would ask of a mortgage broker, and he always had answers. Dave's knowledge and experience in this field are unmatched in my opinion and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else on my side for this. I would recommend Dave without question or hesitation to anyone who is looking for someone to go to bat for them in this field. He is the best there is and we are forever grateful for his hard work and dedication. Trust me when I say, if you go with Dave, it will be one of the best decisions you make.
