I was in a difficult situation trying to get insurance on our 911 as I had a couple tickets from a few years back. Sandy at the Cooperators office on King St really went above and beyond to help us. We were able to get insurance at an affordable rate with coverage that I am very happy about. Since I had a communication problem with my last broker and I had been with that company since 1999 with no claims I needed to find a company that understood me and my concerns. As I own a condominium you need a very comprehensive package as their
by-laws are constantly changing. I found Co-operators most helpful in finding the right insurance package for my needs and not going through a broker I found that they were able to answer all my questions in regard to the insurance I chose. Amber the assistant financial advisor understood my concerns, answered all my questions and put together the right package for me. I definitely appreciated the friendly staff because that is important so thank you Co-operators.

I recently moved to Co-operators for my next year auto, home and life insurance. It was very smooth transition. I got best deal in the market with them with zero to no negotiation. The customer support is excellent with zero wait time on the call, you can get a hold of insurance advisor within a minute.

I also wanted to mention Amber Edwards who was my advisor as a very knowledgeable, understanding, organized and helping individual. I would highly recommend her if you like to get a quote from them.
