This motorcycle shop is constantly forgetting to order my parts and has a bad habit of saying they will call back with info and they never seem to follow up. Poorly run operation.

Had to replace the steering bearings on my Yamaha Majesty. This was the first time here for service, but won't be the last time for sure. Great service, polite and friendly staff, work done on time and within the cost estimate. Top notch business..!! Go, you'll be glad you did.

Excellent service! Brought grizzly in for a repair in the fall. They did a great job and kept in touch with me on everything they found. Also gave me different options for the repair to try and keep the cost down without compromising quality. Had a minor adjustment needed this spring and I was told to bring it in without question. I figured I would have a charge for their time but they did it without. Not many companies will stand behind their service and they do! Highly recommended.

Update: (June 30 2017) I brought my scooter back in for a few items as well as another scheduled maintenance item. While it was in the shop for almost a month, although nobody's fault, I was thoroughly impressed with their service and them being proactive to let me know ahead of time when there were additional expenses (and there were). I trust these people wholeheartedly, without any doubt. Very trustworthy business. They are the best!
I brought my 2005 Yamaha Majesty for minor repair on my head lights. They were quick to find and repair the problem very inexpensively. Very friendly people work here. I will definitely bring my bike here for all future repairs.response / report this review -

Awesome service. These guys actually know how to treat customers. Even for small, low cost items, they give you time and advice.

Took my bike there twice. 1st time got bike back with scratch on tank and all the chrome had greasy hand and finger marks all over. Talked to Bob who assured me that is not how they do business. Picked up my bike this week after spring service. Guess what, got it back like the first time. Talked to Bob again who suggested I take my bike some where else. Wonder what they would do if they got their bikes back like I did. I won't be back.
