We stayed at the Mystic Springs 2 bedroom Condo and were very disappointed. Though the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable, the rest of the condo was not very clean at all. The furniture in the living room was dirty and stained, with the couch having a distinct odor when you sat on it. Bathrooms fixtures were stained and had not been wiped down or cleaned, just fresh towels were supplied. We actually found a blue pill of some sort on the floor behind the door of the main bathroom! We also could draw on the furniture as there was a layer of dust everywhere. For the price $500/nightI would definitely NOT recommend. I dealt with a Brenda at Leavetown and she said she would cancel my reservation when I initially booked with them but then another agent went ahead and charged my visa! I asked for pictures of the accommodations but none were sent and because we were in a time constraint (last minute booking), I went ahead thinking for $500/night it should be a great place! I am so very, very disappointed that I did and when I emailed Leavetown after our stay and sent pictures, I received no response.

without a doubt some of the best customer service i have ever received. nothing corporate about these guys. extremely personal you feel like you are talking to a friend! i had issues booking originally and one of the team members there did everything over the phone for me.

We had a great experience with Leavetown. Super professional, available for questions and our accomodations for the week were really nice, modern and very convenient! I've already recommendated friends to use leavetown and they also love it.

Interacted with multiple individuals from the team, including Gaylene, Nick, and Adam, and the service was seamless and consistently excellent. Asked for a popular weekend and they were very accommodating and responsive both by email and phone. Very easy to do business with, they have outstanding customer service skills, clearly explain processes, and consider your needs important. Highly recommended booking with them
