By fat the worst food I have eaten in a reception hall , the pasta was very tasteless little portions in a huge plate, appetizers were bland, the pork shank was cold and all fatty and the only thing that was warm was the salad, when I ordered some thing else and was willing to pay extra for it the excuse was we do not carry extra meat meaning steak, that we r not a restaurant , all reception halls have extrasalways, very bad experience and will never go there again for any party!!!!!!!!

Never been so disappointed in my life. I attended my niece's wedding which I know she paid platinum service and was not prepared for what happened. the doors were to open at 5.30 and the guests were standing out there till 6.30, not even a bottle of water was offered. To add insult to the injury the other event that was taking place next door had cordoned off the common space in order to do a photo shoot leaving leaving no space for us to stand. we had no access to the coffee/refreshment area (i guess we weren't worthy. adding more insult inside the hall after finally entering, the buffet was a joke and not enough. The main course was served after 10Pm and at that point some elderly guests got up and left without eating. the food was was not platinum. It's disgraceful that you charge people for premium service and don't honor it. I am disappointed with this and will never refer anyone to your halls. You should be ashamed!!!!

An amazing event at Le Mont Blanc! I had my prom there and it was THE BEST NIGHT ever! The staff was perfect, the buzzboys and the other members were just over my expectations! The services were taken out of the kitchen in less than 3 hours! The DJ knew what he was doing, he knew how to change the tempo and the keys of the songs he was playing, not only did he understood the structure of the songs he was mixing, his energy was giving everyone the best memorial of what a high school promo should really be ! I was EXTREMELY satisfied! Thank you Groupe Madison for this amazing banquet and party! If I ever get invited again by someone, I will surely come again!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my wedding magical perfect and the most beautiful wedding I could imagine from the beginning until the end it was perfect , the food was delicious the lobster was outstanding and the drink the decor all I asked was made perfectly . Lucianno Enza and Steven thank you for everything. Le Mont Blanc is the place to do your wedding !!!

Ce soir lorsque je suis arrivé sur place pour un souper homard à volonté de la CPTQ s'était un wow ! beau décor très glam, good on va passer un beau mardi.
Cocktail prévu 17:00-18:00, 18:00 début du souper, et ben non on nous fait entrer à 19:15 Un fois assis à la table personne pour ouvrir les bouteilles de vin et vin blanc chaud pas dans un saut à glace
Beaucoup de personnel sur le plancher mais on dirait qui y a rien de synchronisé, tout le monde fait des tâches non efficace
Tenir 10-12 assiettes sur le long du corps en dessous du bras Euh non ! Plateau svp
1er homard dans mon assiette à 20:30 et le deuxième 21:00 ouf la veillée va être longue, on doit quémander du homard à volonté Ah oui, le homard du Mont Blanc est particulier il n'a pas de pinces Steve un copropriétaire a dit aux organisateurs soyez pas inquiet on connait ça un groupe de 540 personnes on ne manquera pas d'homard et ben devinez quoi oui oui ils en ont manqué
Cohue et mécontentement dans la salle c'est sûr on a tous payé un fort prix pour ce souper et Le Mont Blanc n'a pas livré la marchandise.
C'est pas tout d'avoir un beau site il faut savoir recevoir et ce soir Le Mont Blanc de Madison et ben You Fail !response / report this review -

J'ai fait mon mariage à cette salle de réception et je peux vous confirmer que c'est la meilleur salle que vous trouverez au Québec! La nourriture est d'une classe supérieure, le service est excellent et le décor est parfait ! Steve, Enza et Luciano sont formidables et ils prendront soin de vous de façon très professionnelle ��
