Usually delayed when receiving packages from here due to long processing times at this location. okay service but don't expect the special treatment.

I come here regularly to pick up parcels. I have never had a missing parcel or similar issues like that, because they are quite organized and check your ID before you can take the package. They hold parcels for a longer time compared to places like UPS, which is a big plus.

Parking is great, although the walking distance can be a bit far - Bring a hand truck if you're picking up heavy things. Parking spaces are very wide.

Most importantly, service here is reliable and quick. I've probably picked up 40+ packages here over the past few months and none were damaged or missing.

Rude, rude, rude. No help at all. Asked a question and she rolled her eyes on me. Worst service ever.

The most hostile service everwhen picking up the package she stuck her hand out. I asked "would you like my drivers license?" She replies "If you want your package." I laughed thinking she was joking. Then I watched her go to the back shelf and literally THROW other packages on the floor marked fragile.she brings my box out and DROPS it on the floor and kicks it over to me. I asked politely " please be careful" she replies " ITS NOT MY JOB TO BE CAREFUL!" I ask her don't I need to sign for the package. " NOT TODAY!"
