Total waste of time !
Told me to come out because they had a buyer for my car (advertised on kijiji)
Wasted several hours only to get an offer wholesale auction price. As I see it that was a lie and they owe me !response / report this review -

Another first class experience with the team at Lanoue Chevrolet in Tilbury.
Craig and Gayle got me into a new, 2018 Chevy Equinox at a price that was right for me.
They took the time to explain the ins and out of the Equinox with all of its new and improved features.
They did all the necessary set-up with OnStar and connected and programmed my cell phone into the system.
From the test drive to driving out of the lot in my new Equinox, the experience was top-notch.response / report this review -

Can't say enough about the staff & service at Lanoue Chevrolet. Always greeted with a smile & hello, no matter who you see.
Purchasing my car here was the best decision hands down. All staff here, go out of there way to help out in any way they can to provide the best service I've ever received from a dealership. They treat you like family, that is so rare to see or feel these days.
If I have a question, concern or need something repaired they are there for me every time. They work with you to make sure that everything goes smoothly.
Where will I be purchasing my next Vehicle?

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the service and support at Lanoue. I became a client due to a friendship connection and they have not let me down. I would have to say that even more important than great value and price, is how they view the relationship with a client. They treat you better than family and they make you feel valued. Today , more than ever, making things smooth, easy and saving me time has become so important. They do this very well. And I must admit that the four free oil changes just is the icing on the cake.nothing better than the bill with a zero at the bottom!

I had to bring my vehicle in two days before my scheduled appointment due to a malfunction. Scot was very accommodating and had my vehicle in service that day with all the work required completed by the next morning. By far the best GMC service I've had in a while.

Lanoue is the place to go! I just bought my 4th truck from them and could not be happier! The sales team at Lanoue could not help me enough! Marlene Moore was more than helpful with an easy care free sale! This is my second truck I have bought from her and would recommend anyone to deal with her!

The people there are always polite and there for you. The service guys are always asking direct questions on your issues with your vehicle so that they can give the proper service for your needs. There's a sitting area complete with beverage (coffee tea or water) television, magazines and comfy chairs! Upon assessing your vehicle they will come out and let you know of issues that could immediate (or a need to do soon) issues which you could have them do as well. I find the entire team a courteous and polite group of people. Thanks guys.
