I recently bought acreage in Mission, and Landmark Realty and Melonie Sharp were the realtor representing the seller. The experience was not good. I cannot recommend her as a realtor. There was endless back and forth and it took days and weeks to get information we needed as a buyer to make a decision. To this day I have no clue where the sceptic tank is on the property, she never cared to answer questions like that. The house supposedly had connections for a dishwasher ready in the newly renovated kitchen, when there is none in fact. The house was advertised with a laundry chute, it said so all over the internet, when there is in fact none in the house. And a month after we took possession her "FOR SALE" sign is still on our property in the ditch. And despite our efforts to get her to remove it she has not cared to even answer our inquiry. If you want a part time realtor and hockey mom to represent you, feel free to give her a chance. We reckon her services are mediocre at best, on a good day.

I'm a big fan of Landmark Realty - in Mission, in Abbotsford, and in Chilliwack - because I know so many people who've bought and sold homes with the help of their real estate agents and they just can't say enough good things about them.
