I ordered a glass of water, and was told that they don't serve water, but I could buy a bottle of water. I said ok, sure, can you pour that bottle of water into a glass with some ice? They said no. Kinda weird but not a huge deal, although it was just a chilled bottle of Kirkland water, and they charged me a couple bucks for it. The drinks were overly expensive and the food wasn't good. It seemed like it was the wait staffs first day on the job. The comedians were great for the most part, despite the obnoxiously drunk and loud people at the back. Staff took way too long kicking out the drunks that were constantly yelling and heckling, and when they did finally kick them out, they let one dude stand by the stage and shout at the comedian for a minute or so, before the rest of the audience yelled at him to leave. Oh, also the layout of the entire venue is terrible. I feel sorry for anyone who has to preform here.

Awful floor plan, had to sit in a booth and it was not facing the stage, my neck was destroyed by the end of the night. They need to remodel badly

We had an enjoyable night. I've read the other reviews and I was a little weary of going here.

Obviously, the really bad server from the other reviews, didn't serve us this night but the waitresses definitely need more training and one of our party had a minor altercation with our otherwise decent waitress. It was very uncool for a waitress to claim that her patron misordered when we all heard her order her drinks and it was clearly her mistake. Aside from that It was fine and the show was great. Where else can you see live entertainment fir 20 bucks a head?

That said, the crowd was another story and I suspect that many of the negative reviews may have a lot to do with the type and level of inebriation of the patrons this place attracts.

For a Comedy club, this location is ok but it is definitely grungy. It's located in the completely subterranean basement of an old downtown hotel, liquor store etc And in spite of its decent size, it's low ceilings and closed off feel give it a very claustrophobic feel and if a fire ever happened this place would be a death trap. In this setting, it definitely doesn't attract repeat business from more conservative folks.

This place would make a better Jazz Club or Table service night Club or "Gentleman's" club. It has that somewhat dirty underground feel to it. Comedy clubs fit decently into this category but the Vancouver location is certainly better in all respects but one Location If you live in the Valley and feel secure in your personage it's worth a try. You might like it. Overall, we did and the quality of the show is the same as Vancouver.

More training of their wait staff would really go a long way to improving the vibe and feel and friendliness of this place. Good looking ladies are nice, but proper servers are WAY BETTER.

We were there on a Saturday night and the Comedians were good. I think minor decor changes, wait staff improvements and getting all the seat filled would go a long way to improving the atmosphere of this otherwise questionable location. Also making sure that everything on the menu is available every night would be helpful in making experiences better as well.

This place has the bones of what could become a great and frequent entertainment location for us, the management just need to flesh it out some more and really work on attracting more than just completely loaded patrons.

Went for New Years eve Comedy night. Was pretty disappointed 1 comedian was funny out of 3 & the mc was better than all of 'em.
Also weather was REALLY BAD!!! So don't know if that was part of the problem but I think it just resulted in them being behind. Totally unforeseen circumstances that in no way affected their bad review for that 1 night. Hopefully better on other comedy nights.

Comedy held it up but can only drive the experience so far. The establishment has to be improved. For being there over a year some lessons should have been learned. Sat down and found out none of the beers they list on tap are available, including thier own Yuks Lager and only two of four bottled listed are available. There are booths but as set up only half of the people in them can see the stage without turning around backwards in the booth. Really bad bar, poorly stocked, minimal at best. Might be good intent but with bad management.

The club is in the basement of the Travelodge. The venue needs work though. Not really set up well for watching the performers. Larger groups had booths to sit in, with half of the group looking away from the comedian or having to sit twisted in their seats all night to watch the performer. We were a group of 4 and had to sit beside each other at two small tables for 2. It would have been nice to sit at a single larger table meant for 4. Menus are deceiving as they list many alcoholic beverages that aren't even in stock! Really poor selection.. The saving grace of this place was that the performers knocked it out of the ballpark, which is the only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of less.

Entertainment was good, Venue was fine but the servers are understaffed and run off their feet. Owner/manager please hire more staff for your busy nights! You would sell way more food and drinks if the staff had time to actually get to all the customers. Food and drinks were good if you could get them. Would go again but would eat first and order 2 or 3 rounds of drinks right away.

The show is good but the service was terrible. I understand that Saturdays are very busy, but we had a very large group paying a lot of money. Most of the staff were Very frantic and some unfriendly. Took half an hour to get drinks and an hour for food. There was one server in particular who shoved her hand in my face when I was apparently talking while someone was asking her a question about her drink still not coming. Unacceptable. And no apology. At the end of the night, almost all of our groups' bills were wrong. We had been charged for items we did not order. This of course took a while to sort out after the show was done. This was a huge inconvenience to us, but we tried to be understanding as they were very busy. The final straw was when the same serve who shoved her hand in my face told us we all had to get out now and hurry because the next show was starting soon and people were coming in. It was not our fault that our bills were wrong and we did not want to pay extra money. They did nothing to make us feel better about this fact. Needless to say, although the show was good, I will not be returning for awhile!
