I can’t remember the last time I was so impressed by a company’s willingness to help (especially as there was really nothing in it for them: I already have the big items and was just looking for a very tiny replacement part). The marvellous people at Valley Acrylic went well above and beyond to help me. I’ve always been happy with their products, but after such excellent customer service, I’d never go anywhere else for anything I can get from Valley. Great products and delightful people (especially the kind, funny, and patient Genny!).

I've had a total of 3 deformed sinks from here. The replacement sink was even more deformed than the first. I've had to make multiple trips back and forth to the wholesaler to correct the issue which also led to 4 weeks of delay on my project. Quality assurance needs to be better implemented.
