Adrian came to our rescue when our previous agent left us in really tough position! He took his time with us and listened to our every concern and answered every question we had for him honestly and professionally. Almost immediately I could feel the confidence and positivity he exuded. My husband and I felt so much better knowing that we had found the right agent to sell our home. He took charge, set up all the necessary appointments from staging to cleaning to marketing. Before we knew it he had our house listed and then sold in 2 days, and over asking to top it off! Amazing agent and amazing team to work with! We will definitely be recommending the KormendyTrott Team to everyone!

The Dream team. A big thanks to Ariel and Adrian for an amazing result, it wasn't an easy road, however we are grateful for the patience and compassion shown. We hit a major speed bump with the first purchase during an inspection, Ariel did an amazing job rebounding us and in the end truly found us the neighbourhood and the dream house. This is no easy experience, I myself am pretty demanding as a client, both my wife and myself wanted it all with little compromise and Ariel really held it together to deliver a result that exceeded our expectations! In addition, when it comes to negotiations, he gets it done. all business wether he is wearing his suit or his shorts. Thanks again to you both, we are grateful for the experience and result!

The Kormendy Trott team exceeded our expectations when selling our home. Ariel was always in constant communication with me by quickly replying to the many questions I had and kept me aware of how the market for my type of home was doing. Their high quality promotional materials are flawless, professional and provide just the right amount of information. They are truly a full-service brokerage and all the value-added extras you would look for when selling are included - staging, professionally edited photography and videography, and cleaners that come to make sure the house looks its best prior to listing. Due to their marketing strategy that included a strong online presence through social media channels to promote our home, the open houses were very well attended and we had many showings. It is also important to note that when working with The Kormendy Trott team, you are actually represented during negotiations by Ariel or Adrian. Their efforts resulted in securing us a firm sale of our home in less than a week with multiple offers well over asking. I am so glad we trusted this team for the biggest financial transaction of our lives. We are thrilled with our sale and highly recommend the Kormedy Trott team.

I can not say enough good things about the hard and beautiful work Adrian and the team at kormendytrott put into selling my home in such a short time (4 days!!). From the professional staging, pics, videos, flyers/pamflets, floor plans, and advertising on every social media known man!! Also with the purchase of our dream/forever home my family and I will be living in. I couldn't imagine doing this with out the help of the kormendytrott group. Thank you ���

My family is fortunate to have had the Kormendy Trott Team (Adrian Trott and Ariel Kormendy) as our realtor team. Although we primarily dealt with Adrian, we know how supportive Ariel was in the background of our experience. I am happy to let people know how wonderfully effective the two are as a team; specifically, our experience with Adrian was unsurpassable.
I wish to take a moment to commend Adrian for his hard work, dedication and ongoing support of our family’s real estate needs. Because of Adrian, we were able to purchase the first house we bid on and sell our previous house effectively in a short amount of time above asking.

My wife and I have bought and sold a number of houses over the years through various relocations and as our family needs grew and shrank. The experiences always left something to be desired. We never felt that our needs were truly addressed by our agent. That is until we met Ariel & Adrien. It's not the individual touches that they provide as outstanding as they may be. Yes they have slick marketing and good staging etc. What makes them unique is the process that they follow. From the initial conversation to the final sale, they are always providing guidance and insight. Our experience with them has been by far the best experience we have ever had in selling a house. I would gladly detail our experience with anyone looking to buy or sell a house. They delivered what they promised. Not only did we get 2 excellent agents but we gained 2 friends

Steve our agent was always on top of things. Always answered every question that was asked and even responded very late at night or morning. Very helpful and got our house sold quickly. The used a staging team that did an absolutely awesome job. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to sell their home in the milton area. Thank you guys

I had the pleasure of working with the team on buying and selling and I have to say that both sides of the transactions were amazing. We all have certain expectations regarding customer service. When those expectations are met, we generally feel satisfied. When those expectations are exceeded, we're not only pleasantly surprised but feel like we've been treated with greater value - not just as consumers but as people. Time and again the Kormendy Trott Team blew us away with their above-average service and made the process of buying and selling our home an enjoyable one! I unreservedly recommend these guys!

My wife, and I had used the Kormendy Trott team on multiple occasions. Searches resulting in weekly viewings, lasting months in order to find the right places. We were always treated to unparalleled guidance, understanding, and patience. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured to "settle". When we had listed our property with Ariel, and Adrian, our home was treated to the "KT Treatment" professional cleaners, staging, and photography that made ours stand out against the other listings. As a result our home was sold faster than I could have imagined, for more than I had anticipated. When the time comes to search, and sell again, we will be working with this fantastic team, and I would advise others to do so as well. It's Real Estate Done Right!

It was a pleasure working with Ariel. He is one of the most professional realtors I have ever worked with. He was always very responsive, organized and provided regular updates to us while our house was listed. He took our particular situation into consideration and provided great personalized service. This review is long over due. Adrian and Ariel, in the past year and a bit has helped us sell 2 houses and buy one. We would've had them buy our 2nd but we were moving out of town.
The second house they sold for us, not only sold EXTREMELY quickly, but quite a bit over asking price as well. They have continued to evolve their business model and are always on the look-out on how to do things better. It was amazing to see the new things they've implemented the second time around and I'm sure they'll figure out more as they continue to grow their client base. A big thank you to Adrian for having the patience to help find the perfect condo on Lake Ontario for us! When we weren't sure what exactly we wanted, he always had time to show us a wide variety of options until we got it right. Adrian then easily guided us through the exciting purchase process with his complete knowledge and confidence so that we had an enjoyable, worry free experience. We always felt like we were his most important clients, never pushing or rushing us and we highly recommend Adrian and the Kormendy/Trott Team.

Adrian really went out of his way to help me lease a property. He was very patient and kind. I moved from the Guelph area to Milton. He helped me to get to know the area and made me feel that he really cared. I believe this team is honest and really cares about their customers. Thanks so much for going the extra mile. I cannot say anything negative about the Kormendy Trott team! They helped me sell my house in a market where it was a buyer's market and I had LOTS of competition and got me exactly what I was asking for. They also helped me find my dream home in the country and helped position a bully offer to the seller. Their IT skills.the best I have ever seen. If you're looking for the bestyou have found them.
