  My old Samsung Note 2 finally quit the other day so I dropped by the Koodo kiosk in Sunnyside Mall, Bedford NS to pick up a new phone. I received some of the best customer service in my life from a knowledgeable and super kind representative named Alexsandria. 11/10 customer service on all fronts. You guys figure out a way to attract and hold on to employees like her and you'll never fail as a company.

  Don't seem to be able to follow through with their offers and don't honor or backup what their Reps advise at location nor their reps at customer service when calling 611. All give wrong information they say NOW!! and all they can do is say sorry for being mis-informed but yet all 6 representatives said the same thing lol. Another company out there trying to make themselves look good but don't provide the service they offer The true service of telus is starting to show lol

  I think Koodo is awesome. I get the same reliable service for a fraction of the price. I've been with Rogers Bell and Telus. Koodo by far is great. I really like that you can change your plan once a month, so I'll be watching so specials to save even more. Thanks for being so helpful Alexsandria!

  First off I was waiting in line and they skipped me for another customer which I didn't care but then staff told me they wouldn't honor a offer that is displayed all over their kiosk. Terrible experince wouldn't recommend to anyone
