  Friendly, attentive staff and personalised great service. He asked my name and used it throughout the experience, got my sizing and colour choices as needed and looked for items that matched what I was looking for. Can relax a little on upselling the more expensive sweaters. Staff are easy going and friendly. Clothing fits nicely and is well made.

  Why has the sales staff become so pushy all of a sudden? I used to love shopping at Club Monaco, when just recently I went to the Club Monaco in Yorkdale where I couldn't touch a hanger without having about 6 staff members wanting to start a fitting room for me. I felt like I was being watched and felt really uncomfortable.
  
  
  
  I thought this was just this one store, when today I was at the Eaton Centre and encountered the same experience as soon as I came into the store. Within seconds someone was asking me to start a fitting room again, upon touching an item. Within seconds of trying on a dress, I already had the sales associate asking me how the dress was - well if you give me a second to actually put it on, I can tell you. I decided not to purchase it, as I really dislike the pushy sales tactics I have experienced at a second Club Monaco location. Club Monaco was never like this, and they must have changed commission, or sales incentive. No thank you, I will never return in store to purchase and will stick to online, perhaps one day.

  Beware when in this store! The flooring is broken creating a large ridge, which is a serious tripping hazard right in the middle of the store. No effort to ensure customers safety by placing a rack (to avoid walking on it), over it or a warning sign.
