  Amazing experience at Koi Day Spa! Steph is extremely professional and makes you feel so relaxed and welcome. Steph has been doing my brazillian waxes for the last 6 months, and I will never go anywhere else ever again!

  I have been going to KOI DAY SPA since it opened. Steph, the owner, is the best. I go for a pedicures, which she is most meticulous and perfect at, but mostly because I so enjoy Steph & Justin's postivie energy. I totally admire how they put all their heart and energy into their business and how they've started with nothing and built it up to what it is now. The spa, unlike some of the other flashy spas in town, might be in an awkward dark location, but they have tranformed it into a simple but elegant space with special aura. Spa experience should be about the treatment and not about the location or the shell it is in. It is truly a hidden gem. I hate to have to share this with others but it definitely is worth trying. Their Express Pedicure is probably better than most Luxury Pedicures.. Thanks Steph!!

  Great wax! Cute little room set up for what I think is pedicures. One of the estheticians was very nice when I arrived and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Will have to go back for a different service.

  I have been going to Steph the owner of Koi for close to 6 years now. She is the only person I trust with my waxing and pretty much everything else. She is efficient and fast and knows how to get the job done perfectly. She is a total sweetheart and I have never had a bad experience. She is also very good at massage and not your average Spa massage. Most of them feel like little butterflies fluttering on your back, but she has serious strength and knows how to release your tension. Over all a lovely experience at Koi and I continue to go back every month for my treats.

  I do not recommend wasting your time and money. Very small and dark, massage was the worst I've ever had, very amateur. For the first time I was hoping it would be over -- usually the time goes by too fast. The massage oil they use smells like sour cream or something, rather than a nice aromatherapy. The owner was there. was very rude, did not smile, say hello or anything. Just gave a dirty look and stormed off.
  I will definitely NEVER go there again, for any service. You are SO much better off going to a real spa in town.
