I went to Sofia today for colonics. I suffer from bloating and was nervous. Sofia was gentle, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for my well being.

I called to cancel my appointment on really short notice so I knew I owed a cancellation fee but I was not expecting to be billed 3 times. I was billed $100 three times and $5 the fourth time in the same day. The fee for the procedure is on the website, it is $100 for a Colonic Session & Consultation. I am surprised that I was billed $305 for missing my appointment because the policy on the website says they take up to 100% of the fee for the appointment and in my case it should only be $100. I am still waiting for a call or email about this error. Bottom line: make sure you get billed properly and dont expect a quick remedy because they take a long time to get back to you.

Yesterday visiting Fort Langley Colonics I had a wonderful experience.
Sofia proved how good professional and knowledgeable she is.She took her time to explain all the procedures ,the benefits ,and the side effects of what I asked her.She also did all kind of recommendations on subjects I asked regardless if what I asked had anything to do with colonics.
She was more interested about my well being that the time she had to spend with me.

I first met Sofia at a networking event put on by the wonderful and talented Colin Sprake & crew. Sofia has a magnetic personality full of heart and deep concern for the health of others. I was interested to hear about her Colonics because my family member had recently had a health scare in this area. Sofia is very open and informative, without tip-toeing around the issue. I appreciate her openness and felt confident to book her services when I was prepping for a colonoscopy. I wanted a natural alternative to any harsh methods that were required by the medical doctors.
I was, admittedly, apprehensive when the day came, as there were a few steps to complete before Sofia's colon hydrotherapy took place. Once I got to her place I felt at ease as she clearly explained the steps and instructions like it was a simple task. As the we proceeded I experienced mild nausea which Sofia picked up on and offered some peppermint drops to rub in my hands and then inhale. The nausea dissipated and I was instantly comforted, which I felt very grateful for.
We also engaged in a lovely conversation about holding on to 'stuff' -([I'm sure you get the 'deeper' connection here!) To put it quite bluntly, I felt cleansed, head to tail!
I signed up so I can buy the wonderful essential oils she used, I am attending her workshop about living my passion and my body feels so rejuvenated!
I highly recommend Sofia's services and believe she is a great resource for wellness.
I also feel like I have a new friend.

Sofia was caring, compassionate and very helpful exceeding all my expectations. She put me on a cleanse that was easy to follow, helped me through it, gave me tons of helpful advice both inside and outside of the clinic. The room is always clean and comfortable and Sofia is always professional and compassionate. Highly recommend her to anyone. She also is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and how she can help you. All around a very positive experience working with her.

During my first colonic, I was shocked to discover I had Candida; I didn't have any of the usual symptoms. Combining a Candida cleanse and weekly colonics has cleared that up completely. This was an amazingly simple process and Sofia always made me feel extremely comfortable! I have recommended Fort Langley Colonics to friends and family. You should check this out!
