I was referred to Kingston Flooring and I'm so happy with our experience. Sandra was professional and went above and beyond. She made sure that every question was answered and made me feel at ease. It's hard picking out flooring when you don't know the industry. And with being a new homeowner I was really nervous. She really has an eye for design. Thank you 😁

We have been dealing with Kingston Flooring for years now and really enjoy the entire experience. Their sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable and when we have experienced challenge their support team has come forward every time. We highly recommend them to friends and family. What an unprofessional company! I recently purchased a condo where Kingston flooring changed the floors. This was an estate sale, as the owner had passed. The owners daughter lives in Ontario and was never contacted by this company for advice as to how to proceed with the flooring. From what I can see-this company took full advantage of a woman who had just lost her mother and was grieving. They did a HORRIBLE job at installing the floors-VERY POOR WORK-the floors bubble and move when you walk on them. In addition, they replaced the flooring in the bathroom and did not put back the under cabinet lighting-why would they bother??? There was no one to check up on their work!!! I contacted them to fix the problem-their installation job-their response-we can inject stuff for you and you will have to pay for it!!! I have contacted many professional flooring companies and they said "DO NOT LET THEM DO THAT TO YOUR FLOORING-YOU WILL END UP WITH MORE PROBLEMS"..this is how KINGSTON FLOORING wants to solve the problem..what an unprofessional place that wants to take no responsibility for their actions-SHAME ON THEM! I spoke with the owner Cal, and he was suppose to get back to me with the paperwork from this job.still waiting..wondering what they are trying to hidehad enough-going to the Better Business Bureau

John and I are very delighted at our new wood floor and carpets that were installed recently by your company.
The workmanship was excellent and installed well and in a short time.
We have had many compliments on the color choice for our carpets which match the different furniture in our apartment. The staff was helpful there too. We have quality flooring and we can heartily endorse Kingston.
