Tim was very accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable in helping us select luxury vinyl planks and shower tiles for our basement renovation during COVID restrictions. He was always accessible and his store has a wide selection of options with competitive pricing.

Fantastic to deal with, very fair pricing for quality flooring. Honored a sale price that was over and gave it to us for the sale price. Will be back to purchase again for our future flooring needs. This place comes highly recommended!! Thank you Kaplan Flooring!!

Ezra was so friendly and patient with my 500 questions. He answered them with ease which showed me he really knew what he was talking about. I was happy to deal with a knowledgeable person.
