  Hit or Miss with the Customer Service from some staff members. The Store has had a weird Smell to it for the past month, makes me not want to shop in there whenever I have to go to the joint on Henderson. Small Store so Low Quantity and Variety of Products. I want to give this review TWO stars but I feel bad so I'm giving it THREE. But the scent in that store definitely needs to be fixed ASAP, its not a Cannabis smell its something more then not okay.

  Honestly, I've been to em' all, and this location has a really great selection, competitive prices and lots of paraphernalia. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They take their purchases seriously, ensuring its bagged in black, CDN government info sheet about cannabis use and instructions to lock it up or keep out of reach if driving.
  
  Only con, I think they have a restaurant next to them, and they must share an HVAC, cause this horrible sewer like smell can sometimes be present in The Joint. It's NOT The Joints fault and they do there part to mask the smell, and the intensity of the smell varies, but my word, a recent trip nearly had me gagging.
  
  Thankfully the service was fast and polite and I didn't endure it for long.
  
  The Joint, if you're listening, I LOVE your shop, but please try to figure out a way to block that funky smell!

  Love this store. The Store Manager and Assistant Manger here are great and have a lot of knowledge pertaining to Cannabis and all the many accessories they sell. Small store with a lot of product, you will not be disappointed making a stop at their Henderson location.

  Been a long time customer for 15years. Wouldn't think to go anywhere else, once they started to sell cannabis, I found the legal cannabis buying experience much better with SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper pricing and MUCH better products.
  Tweed put a really bad taste in mouth for legal cannabis originally, the joint is hands down the best place to buy cannabis! Great selection, lots of stock always, and the staff that ACTUALLY knows what there talking about!! Not like like other places where you can tell the employee has never ever smoked in their life.
  Recommend to all my friends and family

  Its budget friendly. You wont find top shelf product here. They have a location on Main st worth checking out. Otherwise their location is basic, over whelming with "stuff", not the most welcoming or fun experience. Get in, get what you want and get out. Sad that its the same lines in most dispensaries. Highest THC isnt always the best selling feature on weed. Know your products, growers, and customers. check out other shops. Smoky trails, BZAM, Delta 9 better.

  While a bit cramped, The Joint is fantastic for selection. You wouldn't think so by its size but they got that place stuffed in every nook and cranny. Great staff, nice smell. What are you waiting for? Go hit The Joint! Just remember to pass it
