  I am doing a front entrance renovation at my house and was looking for a dumpster bin to throw the dirt and concrete that I am removing for the job. On the site it mentions “If you have a large construction, renovation, or landscaping project”, so I thought they would be perfect for my job. They drop off the bin and I fill it up quite a bit and then get a call on the pickup day. They told me the bin was too heavy and asked me why I put soil in it when the bin says not to. I am confused since there site specifically mentions landscaping and construction projects and I didn’t see anything on the bin. I then take a look at the bin and it does have a sign in the top corner which is not very visible that mentions a few things not accepted but does not mention soil. It does mention concrete but I did not see it and was not told about it before the project. They tell me they can come and remove the soil but it’s going to be an extra $590 for every truck that comes. I tell them I am not paying that as I was not told and if I knew I would have gone with someone else. The employee had the owner call me back and the owner was extremely reasonable and acknowledged it was there fault and that they would look after it with no extra charge. All the employees that came were friendly and the owner was reasonable considering the situation. The reason I am giving 3 stars is this situation should not have not have happened, the website should be updated and they should let people know before ordering. It caused a headache for me and them which was unnecessary.

  Great, hardworking company. They pick up my garbage and even show up again when I forget to put it out! I have also used them to remove my stuff and they are timely with great rates. Nice to work with an honest company. I recommend them to anyone.
