I took my vehicle in. They said they were a bit backed up but it should be ready the following week. They then mislaid my ICBC claim number, and then did not get ICBC to view my vehicle until they had already had it a week. I told them that I needed my vehicle back by the middle of the following week as I had an out-of-town job pending. I subsequently left a message. No call back. Sent them an email. No reply to email. No call back. When I finally got hold of them again it was to be informed that they had a 3-4 week backlog and that it would be another 1-2 weeks before my vehicle would be ready. I picked up my vehicle and will repair it elsewhere. Worst service I have ever had. They could have entirely rebuilt my vehicle in the time in which they had it. Their lack of communication was inexcusable. As well, no offer of a loaner, which was highly discourteous to a senior.

Best deal and great fix for my front headlight and fender. No problem getting and installing the passenger mirror too. I am impressed!
