My shopping experience at your store was very disappointingi needed a different size of the top I was trying onthe sales associate went to get me another sizea few minutes later she came back to the fitting room to tell me their are no more of the size I needed. I thought it was strangebecause there were at least 20 of them on the rack 5 minutes agoshe said ohI'll go check again.i waited at least 10 minutesshe (Kayla) never came back!!!!!!! I got dressed and came out to look for myselfsure enough there was plenty of themI couldn't find her anywhere in the storeapparently she went on her lunch.TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE.

I had lost my gift receit but the store manager was nice enough to help me out and allowed me to exchange the outfit that I received as a gift. Great customer service.

The sales staff was rude. I had to wait for the manager and another employee to stop talking before they even noticed I was standing there to ask a question. They were too busy venting about the store management and didn't even take time to help me find baby clothes. It's hard to shop when you are 8 months pregnant, but it's extremely disappointing to go into the store (on a weekday) and have staff ignore you. I go to Joe Fresh because their clothes are cute, but I don't want to shop in a store where sales staff are just miserable and rude.
