Reasonable prices reminds me of ikea except without the size of store

Quality really isn't the greatest for this label, but I'll pick up some items when they do have sales. I don't like the smell of this store, it almost makes me want to gag when I walk innot sure what makes this smell??? Candles?? In sense?? The Cotton??

I used to love this place. Lately, I find the store is disorganized and lacking selection. However.. I bought some large items that needed to be picked up from the warehouse doors. I stood and waited almost 30 minutes because the two staff members back there had to wait for the "loading dock guys to finish their break". I'm not sure why there would be staff working at the warehouse that can't actually help you get your purchase. I won't be back.

The Customer service is so so bad we will never go back. And if you complain the company doesn't care. Our advice to customers: Take your money elsewhere and give another business your hare earned money!

Worst service i've ever dealt with in my life.
I was put on hold several times for 5 minutes at a time then had a new person pick up so I had to explain my situation multiple times, then I was hung up on. Told I wasn't allowed to pick up my already paid for order without a confirmation, when I called for confirmation they said that I didn't need it.. finally 3 weeks later I get my order and it's chipped and broken..response / report this review -

I did order one queen size bed 08-08-2017 costumer service people tould me if pay today after two week coming and we can call you but l already paid. they didn't call me then after one more day I went there costumer service people check first then tould me need one more week I accept that. Then I went 30-08-2017 they tould me we need to one more months . otherways you can take your money back.There costumer service very bad.

Products are cheaply made and do not last. Had bedsheets that pilled terribly after a week of use. Staff are not very friendly and it takes too long to get assistance when needed. Prices are not clear, or even labeled, on the shelves.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They handled a unfortunate incident at another location with remarkable class and put my mind at ease and solved my dilemma. The manager was a class act and I am so thankful for all that they did for me when others would not. Thank you so much!!!

Store is often dirty and disorganized, but staff are mostly helpful and they have a lot of stock usually. Good prices, too. It's like our substitute for IKEA.

There are tons of great household items here. I didn't go far without having someone ask if I needed help. This is a great, cheap IKEA-like store, especially if you can catch a good sale. I never felt like I couldn't get help if I needed it, but I didn't feel harassed either.
