We switched to Intercon Messaging at the beginning of December and the transition from our last answering service was smooth without any issues. The client care team guided our business through every step and worked with us to customize our account to meet our complex dispatch needs. They also offered suggestions and shared information about their other features (like their working alone app) so we could make the most of our services with them.
