I do not recommend this lawyer firm after dealing with Helen Wong I was treated with disrespect, unprofessionalism and angst. Almost 10 years later trying to go back and sort out a missing compliance issue I was made to feel less than human and there was absolutely no cooperation. Had to file a formal complaint with the law society over it.

Easily accessible, good staff, friendly. Lawyers know what they are doing and will spend the time explaining anything to you that you require to close or purchase a home deal. Highly recommend Charles Dalton aka Chuck. Cheers.

Helen (Lawyer) she is excellent . Had a wonderful and smooth experience with Helen. This is the second time of my selling and purchasing a home, but the first time I had a horrible experience with another Lawyer. Helen explained all the ins and outs of purchasing and selling so well, that we had no issues at all and all the transactions went well without any tension. I would highly recommend Helen to one and all, you will not regret it - trust me. She is the best Lawyer in town.

As a repeat client, l am familiar with Chuck’s brilliance in offering advice & solutions. He is phenomenal!
Background: My case involved a 9 month probate process, absentee seller & seller’s agent. After repeated break-ins with damages (which were undisclosed) and after repeatedly denying my entry before closing, the seller also asked to move up the closing date.
All the above issues made Chuck’s job very challenging. He was given 5 days to resolve these tricky issues and he took 2 days to complete them - that’s a record if not a miracle! When faced with impossible deadlines, Chuck exceeded all expectations!
Chuck - I salute you for being the BEST! Many thanks for being there in my time of need!

Becker Dalton Wong helped me as I was conducting my first real estate transaction. I was very pleased with the quality and timeliness of service. I worked with Erin and Helen who were both quick to reply to any questions I had. I especially appreciate Helen making time to help me finalize all necessary paperwork with very short notice. Helen was also very thorough in going over all the documents and making sure I understood what I was signing. I would definitely recommend Becker Dalton Wong for completing a successful transaction.
