Infinity is the best clinic I know of in downtown Toronto. The staff here are all excellent and their hours of operation are great (same day appointments are more often than not available and they will actually allow you to book ahead by phone so you don't have to physically wait in a waiting room for hours - I've never been kept waiting for more than a few minutes for my appointment). The nurses are especially kind (Joseph is my favourite for blood tests, you won't feel the needle at all!) and while all the doctors I've seen have been great, I will say Dr. Higgs is particularly wonderful - terrific bedside manner and really takes the time to make sure all your questions or concerns have been addressed! Thanks for the great service Infinity! Very grateful for the care!

The place is busy, but it’s for a reason, the Doctors there are knowledgeable and accommodating, and the staff is very polite. The true MVP is chiropractor Dr. Riskallah. I went in with extreme back pain, I could barley stand up let alone lift my leg over a curb to walk. My Second visit in and I’m moving freely, and even looking at going to the gym! He is Extremely professional, knowledgeable empathetic and engaging, which I find very relaxing and comforting! He even personalizes your healing process by sending Instagram videos and links to help “home improvement”. Easily the Best chiropractor in the city!

Infinity Health Centre has excellent organization, and so far in my experience, every person I talked to there has been nice and friendly and in my opinion, did their job very well (from the front office staff who answer calls and take appointments to doctor assistants and to the doctors).

The way it works there, is that basically you call or go in person to book an appointment. They only book appointments in advance for "this week and the following week". Because they do not allow people to book too far ahead in advance, you can usually book an appointment pretty soon when you show up in there!
And once it's time for your appointment, you never wait more than 10, 15 minutes to get in, in my experience. The clinic itself is neat and not crowded. It's rather relaxing.

I made an appointment request late last week and had an appointment this morning. I was greeted promptly, and after filling out a form (since it was my first time) I was seem almost immediately thereafter. I had just wanted to get a doctor's note for massage therapy, and it was a quick and painless process. I was back to work in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely come back to this walk-in clinic again.

A year ago, I was having a terrible time because of a very painful back. I knew if I stopped working out I will get big again so I decided to continue working out despite a very bad back. I would wake up with pain and tried hot bath, wet sauna and rolling on a cylindrical tube at the gym. It eased just a little but the problem would still be there. I lived in the neighbourhood and saw infinity health centre. So I decided to inquire about massage therapy and try it. By the third massage, I knew massage therapy helped ease my pain and don’t feel the pain anymore. It’s my fourth massage now and I have no more pain. I think Alan Fung, my massage therapist, saved my back and I can run, lift weights and walk long distances without feeling the pain. I strongly recommend going to Alan once a month at least especially if you have insurance coverage. Massage therapy can make you a whole different person and even save your life.

Loving this clinic. I've been twice and have received great care. I also love that you can schedule an appointment time for the clinic, and they take you on time. Good collaborative clinic with friendly doctors. Will recommend.

I've only had positive experiences so far at Infinity Health Centre. All the doctors are very friendly and patient when explaining things. Front desk is very helpful and always keen to remind me of my appointments which i find very convenient. I would definitely recommend this health centre to those still searching for one downtown.
The only issue that bothers me is that you can't book an appointment more than a week in advance, but other than that everything else is great!

I come here for everything from massage therapy to seeing a GP and having blood work. My appointments always start on time and the receptionist know me by name. The staff are always happy to help and they know exactly what they're doing- two steps ahead. Clinic is well managed and patient focused.

Having used Infinity Health Centre as my primary medical clinic for nearly six months, my experience there has been exceptionally pleasant, and most importantly, effective. From the facility to the service, the clinic operates smoothly. Supported by an extremely competent administrative team who continually display nothing but utmost professionalism, it is clear that Infinity's on-staff doctors care about their patients and take great pride in their recovery. I have seen nothing but success since beginning to use Infinity's services, and I highly recommend this location to anyone in the Toronto downtown core.

Great clinic with great personnel, receptionists are kind and professional. Even when I show up after 6 months, they greet me with my name.
I had to see a chiropractor for some pain that lasted months, so I met Dr Galata. Not only she relieved the continuous pain but she treated the root cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. A year and half later and I never had that pain again. Dr Galata is very knowledgeable, professional and have a good sense of humor, so you will never be bored there.
    I definitely recommend this clinic.

Awesome clinic! Super organized. You always need to book an appointment in advance but when you reach there at the time of your appointment, there is no waiting.
Doctors are knowledgeable and caring. I have seen three different doctors so far, and all were great.
I have absolutely nothing to complain about!

I was referred to Simo for physiotherapy over a year ago after my car accident and am very pleased with my experience so far! He has been amazing with his approach and taking his time to evaluate my neck/back on the initial assessment followed by a treatment process. He also suggested stretches do to at home to help with releasing tension on my neck, I can definitely see a huge progress and feel confident he will be able to get me back to 100%.
The clinic itself is lovely and all the staff I've dealt with are always very approaching and helpful. Overall great experience, I would absolutely recommend the clinic to anyone and Simo for physiotherapy.

My dermatologist Dr. Higgs Stewart and the Filipino nurse is very nice and very knowledgeable. They really took time to listen about my skin problem and helped me. I had my check up here last Feb. 10, 2017.
The clinic looks really good and very clean.
As a Google reviewer and patient, I would definitely recommend Infinity Clinic, Toronto.

I made a walk in appointment with Lucas Cheng and was very impressed with his dedication and focus on finding the issue and helping me get better. Although I wasn't moving much (I was in a lot of pain), he didn't rush me at all and took his time and sincerely worked hard to figure out what the problem was. He even brought the doctor in for me to chat with even though I didn't have an appointment with him.

The next day, I started to feel much better!

It was also very nice to have a pharmacy right next door for me to get everything I needed in a 'one stop shop'.
